Review: Stila Palette

The Stila Palette has been a love- hate relationship for me. I love practically all the colors, however, I only "dislike" 2 of the shadows. The colors I absolutely love using would be Kitten, Bliss, Bubbly, Sunset, Night Sky, Gilded Gold, Ebony, and Sandstone. This palette can create a neutral look and a smokey eye. I love using this palette as my everyday go to palette. I love using Kitten in most of my eye makeup looks, however, I dont like how the fallout of the shadows are crazy! I have to put a cotton pad underneath my eye because the fall out is a lot. The shadows are so soft, yet pigmented. These shadows are mostly shimmery, which is where more of the fall out is, as for the matte ones have little to no fall out.

Using this product has given much more practice with fallout product, and shimmer products, as I usually go for the matte eye look. I would buy this palette for anyone who loves creating new eyeshadow looks. The Stila Palette is not as expensive as most palettes are (Ex: Smashbox, Mac) However, the shadows are just as amazing and pigmented. I got this Palette at Sephora $50. Yes it is super pricey, but its not as pricey as creating your own Mac Eyeshadow Palette. I think this palette is good for anyone who'd like to try something new.

The Matte colors of  this palette is not as good as it can be; the shimmery ones on the other hand is very pigmented and just beautiful. I do use a primer when I use these shadows, as they do have fallout during the application, I wouldnt want it to ruin my face makeup. I dont have to do any re-touches, however, if you do want it to last longer than 12 hours, I would use a primer and set it with a Makeup spray. (Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray)

I have really enjoyed using this product, I would repurchase it again when I use up the palette, however, that won't be anytime soon. Hopefully, this palette will last me a very long time. The shadows do break when they are dropped, as they are extreamly soft. The Sudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner In Damsel on the other hand is broken.. I bought it and I went to try it, it would not twist upwards, I dont know if I just got a bad one, however, I saw on another persons blogpost, that their eye liner was broken also.
So... That is all for this post, Comment below what you think of this product! (:
